These Terms of Use govern your purchase and use of the AI Luxury Authority System™ ("ALAS™"), a digital product operated by PropertyVisions Media / RoniShots Tmi. By purchasing or using ALAS™, you agree to these terms.
ALAS™ is a digital content system delivered as a Notion workspace template, Canva visual templates, and accompanying written materials. Your purchase grants you a single-user, non-transferable license to use the system in your own real estate business. This is a one-time purchase — there are no recurring fees or subscriptions.
You may use ALAS™ to create content for your own real estate brand, customize the templates and prompts for your personal business needs, and generate content using the included frameworks and AI prompts. The system is designed for one user (the purchaser) operating within their own business.
You may not resell, redistribute, or share the ALAS™ system or any of its components with others. You may not offer the system (or any modified version of it) as your own product or service. You may not share your Notion workspace access with individuals who have not purchased their own license. You may not use the system to create a competing product.
All content within ALAS™ — including but not limited to the Notion workspace structure, prompt frameworks, written copy, Canva templates, and the Quick Start Guide — is the intellectual property of PropertyVisions Media / RoniShots Tmi. Your purchase grants you a license to use these materials, not ownership of them.
Content you create using the ALAS™ system (your captions, descriptions, social posts, etc.) belongs to you.
ALAS™ is an educational and productivity tool. Results depend on your implementation, market conditions, and individual effort. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue, or client acquisition. The system provides frameworks and tools — your results depend on how you use them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PropertyVisions Media / RoniShots Tmi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of ALAS™. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the product after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Helsinki, Finland.
