Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of the AI Luxury Authority System™. If the system does not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee subject to the conditions described below.

30-Day Guarantee

You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a full refund. The 30-day period begins on the date the payment is processed, as recorded by Stripe.

Refund Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

1. You must have completed the Quick Start Guide. The Quick Start Guide is the first step in the system and is designed to ensure you get the most out of ALAS™. Refund requests from users who have not completed this initial setup will not be processed, as the system cannot deliver results without proper setup.

2. You must provide a brief explanation. Tell us what specifically did not work for you or why the system did not meet your expectations. This helps us improve the product and ensures that refund requests are genuine. A few sentences is sufficient — we are not looking for an essay.

How to Request a Refund

Send an email to info@propertyvisionsasuntokuvaus.com with the subject line "ALAS Refund Request" and include your name, the email address used for purchase, and a brief explanation of why the system did not work for you.

We will respond to refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

What Is Not Eligible for a Refund

Refund requests made after the 30-day period has expired cannot be processed. Requests without any explanation, or from users who have clearly not engaged with the product (no Quick Start Guide completion, no workspace duplication), will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

This policy exists to protect both our customers and our business. We want every buyer to succeed with ALAS™, and the Quick Start Guide requirement exists to ensure you give the system a fair chance before deciding it is not for you.

Disputes

If you are unsatisfied with our response to your refund request, please contact us directly before initiating a payment dispute with your bank. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.
